Bakır tel çubuklar, ahşap paletler üzerine sabitlenmiş bobinler halinde tedarik edilir. Taşıma sırasında maksimum koruma için, bobinler çelik veya plastik çemberlerle bağlanır ve oksidasyonu ve çevresel hasarı önlemek için yüksek dayanıklılığa sahip plastik film (naylon) ile sarılır.

We manufacture a variety of geometric structures—including normal strand, rope-lay, unilay, concentric, and smooth-bunch—tailored to customer specifications and international standards.

3. Multi-Wire

Inlet wires from coarse drawing or plating processes are further reduced in diameter using state-of-the-art multi-wire drawing machines. Depending on the final application and customer requirements, the finished product is wound using dynamic or static spooling methods.

4. Single Wire

Our single-wire products are classified as bare, tin-plated, or nickel-plated. Using 8 mm copper rod as the base material, the wire is drawn through single-wire machines to reach specific fine diameters.
